A standard advert will be displayed if it matches the search criteria that people use to find real estate on PropertyDragon. A premium advert will also be displayed if it matches the search criteria that people use, but will additionally be displayed randomly in a featured properties section of the search results - improving the prominence of the advert and the probability of it being noticed by potential property buyers. Both types of advert are valid until the property/land plot has sold. You do not have to pay any additional or monthly fee for these adverts.

If you are running a business (e.g. you are an estate agent, property developer, advertiser or other company) then you can either pay for instant standard or premium adverts (as described above) or pay to subscribe. When you pay for subscription, you will receive a subscription code by email - which you can then proceed to use whenever you want to upload property listings. You can upload unlimited property listings during the period of subscription purchased.

The subscription period controls the period over which you can upload property listings. The properties themselves will continue to be advertised beyond this time, until they are sold. So, for example, if you purchase 1 month subscription, you can add an unlimited number of properties during that 1 month period. But if properties do not sell during that 1 month period, they will continue to be advertised on PropertyDragon.com until they are sold. But you will not be able to add any more properties until you renew your subscription for another term. The subscription terms are for 1 month, 3 months, 6 months and 12 months. Here are the rates:

Trade directory adverts will be displayed when a user clicks your selected category within products,services or events - provided you have created the advert for the selected country. So, for example, if you create a service listing for your estate agent business in the United Kingdom - then when a user selects Services, category 'Estate Agents' and the country 'United Kingdom' your advert will be displayed in the search results, which can appear over several pages.

A product or service can be advertised either for a single country (that its available in) or for multiple countries (that its available in).
If your product or service is only available in one country, then you should purchase an SINGLE advert. However, if your product or service is available in other countries, then you can choose the multiple countries option, and select all the countries that your product/service is available in from the country list.

When a user selects the country from the trade directory, your product/service will appear in whichever countries you have selected.

You should remember that the idea is to advertise products/services that are AVAILABLE in that country. It is not meant to be abused by adding the listing to every country. If you are found to be advertising a product or service that is NOT available in a particular country, then PropertyDragon.com have the right to remove the listing from that country (or countries).

If you are creating an event advert - an event may occur in a single venue, or it may have multiple venues. Again, the cost of a multiple venue event is higher than a single event. At the point that you create your advert, you should fix the number of venues, as this cannot be updated later on.
