PropertyDragon reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to pursue all of its legal remedies upon breach by you of these Terms & Conditions, including but not limited to deletion of your postings from this website, immediate termination of your registration and restricting your ability to access this website, or if PropertyDragon is unable to verify or authenticate any information you submit to this website.

All advertisements, whether for property, products, services or events, offered for publication on PropertyDragon must be legal, honest and truthful and are accepted for publication, at PropertyDragon's absolute discretion.

We do not permit the creation of any adverts that are offensive, pornographic, or are otherwise unrelated to the real estate market or one of our categories for product, service and event adverts. PropertyDragon.com also reserve the right to either move or delete any listing that is placed in the wrong category. Any advert that is created that is clearly offensive or pornographic will be removed instantly. Any parties that submit such material will also have their personal details forwarded to the relevant authorities where legal action will be taken.

Advertisements for products, services and events must all fall within the categories provided by PropertyDragon. Anyone who creates an advert for a product, service or event that does not clearly fall within the category selected by the user gives sole discretion to PropertyDragon to either edit or delete that advert. All advertisements may be edited and classified at PropertyDragon's sole and absolute discretion. All advertisements contained on this website are accepted for publication and published in good faith, but it is emphasised that PropertyDragon does not, in any circumstances, accept responsibility for the accuracy or otherwise of any advertisement or message published either online or off-line (nor is any kind of warranty expressed or implied by such publication). All private, trade & business advertisements in PropertyDragon.com must be prepaid.

All users are advised to check details of each advertisement carefully before entering into any agreements of any kind. If in doubt please seek legal advice.

No refund of our advertising fees will be made for instant adverts, on the grounds that such adverts are published on the PropertyDragon website immediately upon payment. Prior to payment, every customer is also given the opportunity to cancel the payment and pay for the advert at a later date (please refer to our cancelletion terms below).

No refund of our advertising fees will be made for any loss of technical services (e.g. loss of connection to the Internet), temporary or permanent, in any circumstances.

Other circumstances may be reviewed and a refund offered at our discretion, however, under no circumstances will our liability exceed the value of the advertising fee received.

This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

At the point of sale, PropertyDragon will present a payment form for you to select your prefered method of payment. Importantly, you are also presented with a PROCEED button (to proceed with the payment) and a CANCEL button, if you wish to cancel the payment (before the payment is executed).

Adverts

If you wish to cancel your payment for ANY reason, you should cancel the payment at the point indicated above. i.e. immediately prior to the purchase. If you cancel your payment at this stage your ADVERT will still be created on the system, but will be inactive. You can, if you wish, return to this inactive advert and resume the payment.

To resume payment of a cancelled advert, simply access your 'My Adverts' option (on the red menu bar) for product,service and event adverts; and access your 'My Offers' option (on the red menu bar) for property adverts. You can then proceed to locate your advert and click on the link to pay for your advert. You will then return to the payment form - where once again, you can either choose to proceed with the payment, or cancel again.

If you don't wish to proceed with an unpaid listing placed on our site, you are free to cancel and you will owe us nothing.

Subscription

If you wish to cancel your payment for subscription, you should cancel the payment at the point indicated - i.e. immediately prior to the purchase when you are presented with the PROCEED and CANCEL buttons. At this point simply press CANCEL. The subscription code will still be generated for you, but it will be inactive. To later activate this subscription code, simply return to the Subscription plans option beneath the Property Advertising menu, select the option resume payment, and continue with the payment for the selected subscription code.

[NOTE: Any subscription codes created, that you dont pay for straight away, will be available for up to 1 day in the resume payment section of Subscription plans. So please resume the payment within 1 day. Otherwise, simple choose to buy a new subscription code].

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold PropertyDragon and (as applicable) its officers, directors, employees, agents, subsidiaries, affiliates, suppliers and any of our third party information service providers or other representatives harmless against any and all claims demands, losses, expenses, damages and costs, including legal costs, however arising resulting from any violation or breach by you of these Terms & Conditions or any claims made by or liabilities to any third party resulting from any activities conducted under your account, your use or misuse of this website, including but not limited to posting content on this website, entering into transactions with other website users, contacting others as a result of their postings on this website, infringing any third party’s intellectual property or other rights, or otherwise arising out of your breach of these Terms & Conditions.

Property advertisements

Property advertisements will remain active on the website until such time that the property has SOLD. After which time, it is at the discretion of PropertyDragon whether the advert is subsequently deleted from the website, or at the discretion of the user to delete their property advert at any time they wish. There is NO TIME LIMIT on the period we advertise your property or properties. Therefore, we do ask that you keep your property profile(s) updated if you receive any OFFERS and in particular when you have SOLD the property, and to DELETE your property from the website if you no longer wish to display the advert. This enables us to keep our site up to date and avoids wasting buyers' time.

Trade directory advertisements (products, services and events)

Product and Service advertisements will be advertised for a period of 1 year, starting from the date purchased. These adverts will expire on the same day of the following year. Upon expiry an email will be sent to your registered email account, where you will be provided with the instructions to renew your advert. Renewal is a simple process that simply requires another payment to activate your advert for another year. Your advert details will not be lost if you do not make the payment on that day.

For Event advertisements - due to the nature of such adverts advertising events that occur on fixed dates, or between fixed dates in time - PropertyDragon have the right to DELETE such adverts once all event dates in the advert have expired. This is to ensure that the PropertyDragon website only displays events that are either currently happening or going to happen in the future. There is no perceived value in advertising events that have already passed.

Registration is not required if you simply want to browse through the advertisements on this website. However, registration is required to place advertisements, contact sellers, or perform more advanced features on this website. In order to complete the registration you must specify a valid email address (that will serve as your username) and a valid password. You will be asked to provide information such as your name, address, telephone number and email address, and additional information depending on the type of user you are. As a company, you will also have the ability to add your company name, company registration and VAT number where appropriate.. All information supplied must be complete and accurate. PropertyDragon may restrict the email address or password you can choose. You are responsible for all actions taken under your account and you agree only to use or utilise this website using your own email address and password. You must make reasonable efforts to keep your password safe and not disclose it to any other person or permit either directly or indirectly any other person to utilise your email address or password. You agree to immediately notify PropertyDragon of any unauthorised use of your email address and/or password. The prices shown on this website exclude VAT. However, there are no hidden costs in all prices quoted. We reserve the right to amend or change pricing content at any time without notice. If you are liable to pay VAT, this will be clearly displayed to you on the payment page, prior to making your payment. You will be shown the full price that PropertyDragon will charge you, inclusive of VAT if applicable.

If you are a person or company residing in a European Union member state (excluding Bulgaria) and have indicated that you are taxable for VAT purposes (either during registration or in the My Details section) then you will not be charged VAT directly by PropertyDragon. Instead, you will be liable to pay VAT in your country, according to your own local VAT rate, via the reverse charge scheme. There will be an indication of this clearly stated on the online invoice that we prepare for all our customers.

PropertyDragon complies with the relevant EU directives that have been defined for E-commerce. If you are in the European Union, when you provide a VAT number it will be verified online against the VAT Information Exchange System (VIES) either when you register, or when you update your information in the My Details section. If you are registered for VAT and have an active VAT number, then you are obliged to provide this information to us, to allow us to generate a full invoice. Invoices are generated instantly and can be accessed from the My Payments section.

The statutory cancellation (cooling-off) period of 7 days for services purchased over the internet does not apply where performance of that service has already commenced with the customer's agreement.

Our online payment facilities are designed to activate your public advertising automatically and therefore, by making a payment for advertising on this site you signify your agreement to the advertising service commencing IMMEDIATELY and that the standard cooling-off period does not apply.

Companies have the facility to include a link to a corporate webspace address on our listings, for provision of additional photographs or information, subject to the following:

We offer to advertise your property information on our website, we do not offer to advertise any other service you may wish to use in connection with your marketing on the property advert. The display of any website URL within our listings is subject to our ABSOLUTE discretion and we only permit links to pages pertaining to the property for sale.

Seller contact information, telephone number(s), email address and /or website URL link as selected by you for publication, are ONLY displayed on the PropertyDragon website.

A dedicated Message to Seller button is displayed on the detail page of all property listings on our website, when viewed by a registered (logged in) user. Pressing this button will invoke a Form where the user can contact the seller by email. In addition, a dedicated Seller details button is provided, which when invoked by a user, will present the Sellers company name and contact telephone number (as provided during that company's registration on PropertyDragon) provided the user is registered and logged in to the website.

Additional contact details or website address URLs are NOT permitted in the property description text.

Trade directory advertisements (products, services and events)

Everyone has the facility to include a webspace address on their product, service or event listings, for provision of additional photographs or information relating to that product, service or event AND a webspace address that represents their personal website or corporate website subject to the following:

The display of any website URL within our listings is subject to our ABSOLUTE discretion and we only permit links to pages pertaining to the product, service or event.

Seller contact information, telephone number(s), email address and /or website URL link as selected by you for publication, are ONLY displayed on the PropertyDragon website.

A dedicated Send message button is displayed on the detail page of all trade listings (for products, services and events) on our website, when viewed by a registered (logged in) user. Pressing this button will invoke a Form where the user can contact the seller by email. In addition, a dedicated Product/Service details button is provided (for product and service adverts), which when invoked by a user, will present the webspace provided by the Advertiser containing more information about the product/servcie, provided the user is registered and logged in to the PropertyDragon.

A dedicated Advertiser details button is displayed on the detail page of all trade listings (for products, services and events) on our website, when viewed by a registered (logged in) user. Pressing this button will invoke the nominated webspace address that advertisers the company or personal website of the advertiser.

If you are advertising an event, a dedicated Online booking button is displayed in the detailed page of event adverts on our website, when viewed by a registered (logged in) user. Pressing this button will invoke the nominated webspace address that advertisers the company or personal website of the advertiser for that event - that allows the user to make an online booking for the event. This webspace address should not be used for any other purpose than to invoke a website associated with the Advertiser that permits the event to be booked online.
